Butch Jones has the Tennessee Volunteers on the rise and his tireless work on the recruiting trail is a primary reason why, so who did the Vols sign in ’15?

The Tennessee Volunteers have made significant improvements to their football program and it all began with the hire of Butch Jones to be the replacement for the inept Derek Dooley two seasons ago.

Jones nearly led the Volts to a bowl game in his first season, but his biggest wins in his first year on Rocky Top came on the recruiting trail with the commitments of players such as Jalen Hurd and Derek Barnett who were arguably the team’s best players on offense and defense in 2014 as true freshmen.

The Vols finished with the nation’s No. 7 class last year, an incredible accomplishment, considering the team’s recent struggles and this year’s class could be even better.
