Kevin Durant to Chris Paul after stare down: ‘You’re down 20, homie’
Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant didn’t appreciate the Clippers’ guard staring him down
There’s no love lost between the Los Angeles Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder, who have classic moments when they share the court the past few seasons. There’s definitely no love lost between Kevin Durant and Chris Paul, either. Whether it’s the regular season or the playoffs, any time these two get together, there is always something to remember.

After the Clippers learned today that they would be without Blake Griffin for four to six weeks after having a staph infection removed from his elbow, the Clippers have suddenly found themselves undermanned with a tough stretch of games coming up.
Their first was against the Thunder, who are in a fight to make the playoffs in the loaded Western Conference. While the Thunder absolutely ran the short-handed Clippers out of Oklahoma City, there was one moment that will be talked about before these two teams meet again.
After the Clippers were down by 20 late in the game, Chris Paul nailed a jumper and stared down Kevin Durant in the process.
Durant was quick to inform Paul of the scoreboard, and told Paul, “You’re down by 20 homie.”
It will be interesting to see how these two work together when they are teammates for the Western Conference in the 2015 All-Star Game in New York City next week.
One thing is certain, Durant won’t be trash talked or stared down when his team is winning big.
