There are only two games for the late night FanDuel tournaments tonight. Blake Griffin is out, but there are still a few other stars in play tonight.

More from FanDuel

Here are my late night FanDuel lineups for February 9:

Point Guards:

Bargain:

J.J. Barea, Mavericks ($4,700): Barea is not flashy, but he is productive. He has four straight 20+ point fantasy games while Rajon Rondo has been out. If you are looking to go cheaper at PG, he is the best option. He is a sure 22 points at under $5,000.

Worth The Cost:

Russell Westbrook, Thunder ($11,200): Westbrook has been on such a tear lately that his 36.7 fantasy point output last night was a huge disappointment. He may not get back into the 60’s like he was for three straight games before that, but a 5x value is very much a possibility against the Nuggets and their porous defense tonight.

Chris Paul, Clippers ($9,400): Paul has been over 40 fantasy points in three of his last four games. I expect him to be there again tonight against the Mavericks, who are still without defensive specialist Rajon Rondo. Add in the fact that Blake Griffin is out, and Paul will likely shoulder more of the offensive load as well. He could put up numbers close to Westbrook for almost $2,000 cheaper.

Risky Play:

Ty Lawson, Nuggets ($8,400): Lawson has not been above 40 fantasy points since January 25th, and has been below 30 three times since then. He also draws the Thunder tonight, who have defended the point quite well. I would avoid Lawson if possible tonight.

My Lineups:

A: Westbrook and Paul ($20,600)

B: Westbrook and Lawson ($18,600)

Next: Is Monta Ellis Really The Best Option At SG?

Shooting Guards:

Bargains:

Jamal Crawford, Clippers ($5,000): Crawford is not starting with J.J. Redick out, but he is still playing nearly 35 minutes per game. He has been over 25 fantasy points in three of the four games without Redick, and with Redick likely to miss tonight’s game as well, you should be able to get around 5x value out of Crawford once again.

Austin Rivers, Clippers ($3,700): Rivers has started three games with Redick out, and produced 20.8 fantasy points per game over that stretch. He doesn’t have the upside of Crawford, but he gives you more value if you need the money elsewhere.

Worth The Cost:

Monta Ellis, Mavericks ($7,900): The Clippers have had their troubles defending the two all year, but especially so with Redick out. Ellis has racked up 77.2 fantasy points in just his last two games, so he is on a roll entering this one. Ellis could have a huge night if Redick does not play. Even if Redick is in, Ellis is worth the price.

Risky Play:

Dion Waiters, Thunder ($4,900): Waiters has put up at least 24 fantasy points in three of his last four games, but in the one that he didn’t, his total was 3.2 fantasy points. Yes, there is a decimal in there. However, it may be worth the risk tonight against the porous Nuggets.

My Lineups:

A: Crawford and Waiters ($9,900)

B: Ellis and Rivers ($11,600)

Next: Should You Take KD?

Small Forwards:

Bargain:

Al Farouq-Aminu ($4,600): Aminu keeps right on putting up strong numbers. He has been over 20 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, and is showing no signs of losing minutes or slowing down. If you can get 25 fantasy points (his average over that span) for this price, you do it!

Worth The Cost:

Kevin Durant, Thunder ($10,700): Durant has 85 fantasy points in his two games since his return from a toe injury. He should get at least 40 again against the Nuggets, who are not equipped to keep up with Durant’s athleticism on either end of the court. He could have the highest scoring night of any player in the late night edition of FanDuel.

Chandler Parsons, Mavericks ($6,400): Parsons and Aminu have co-existed well together. In the three games that weren’t blowouts since Parsons’ return, he has scored at least 33 fantasy points. He topped that off with 42.8 against Portland on Saturday, and likely won’t slow down against the Clippers tonight. Especially if the Clippers move Barnes down to the four.

Risky Play:

Danilo Galinari, Nuggets ($3,800): Galinari has been steadily carving out minutes for himself, often at the expense of the inconsistent Wilson Chandler. That makes Galinari the better bet in daily fantasy games. He has been over 20 fantasy points in three of the last four games, and his minutes have been between 24 and 30 over that span. As for Chandler, his minutes have been above 30 only once since January 26th. Both of them are a risk right now, but Galinari is $2,000 cheaper. If you are forced to go with one, it should be Galinari.

My Lineups:

A: Parsons and Aminu ($11,000)

B: Durant and Aminu ($15,300)

Next: What Do You Do With Griffin Out?

Feb 7, 2015; Dallas, TX, USA; Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki (41) celebrates during the second half against the Portland Trail Blazers at the American Airlines Center. The Mavericks defeated the Trail Blazers 111-101 in overtime. Mandatory Credit: Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

Power Forwards:

Bargains:

Mitch McGary, Thunder ($3,500): McGary put up 31 fantasy points in place of Steven Adams yesterday. He will likely start at center over Kendrick Perkins, and could be one of the game’s best values until his price rises.

Worth The Cost:

Dirk Nowitzki, Mavericks ($6,300): The Clippers are going to have trouble guarding Dirk with Blake Griffin out. They may have to use Matt Barnes on him, but Barnes does not have the size to grapple with Dirk in the middle. It could be a big game for Nowitzki, who has not had many of those lately.

Serge Ibaka, Thunder ($7,200): Ibaka is the best option with Blake Griffin out. He does well against teams that are undersized in the middle, which Denver is. Kenneth Faried is a freakish talent, but he has yet to really put things together. Jusuf Nurkic has played better, but is still limited at this stage of his development. Look for Ibaka to have a big game against the Nuggets.

Risky Play:

Kenneth Faried, Nuggets ($6,300): Faried has great upside, but he is also prone to bad games. Take a look at his 7 fantasy point effort agianst the 76ers on Tuesday. He is a big risk whenver you play him against a good defensive opponent, which is exactly what Serge Ibaka is. take Nowitzki over Faried tonight.

My Lineups:

A: Ibaka and Nowitzki ($13,500)

B: Nowitzki and McGary ($9,800)

Next: Is Hawes Worth A Shot?

Feb 7, 2015; Dallas, TX, USA; Dallas Mavericks center Tyson Chandler (6) dunks the ball over Portland Trail Blazers center Robin Lopez (42) and forward Nicolas Batum (88) during the first quarter at the American Airlines Center. Mandatory Credit: Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

Center:

Bargains:

Spencer Hawes, Clippers ($3,500): Hawes has shown he can produce when given minutes in his career. Now that Blake Griffin is out, Hawes has his chance in Los Angeles. He scored 18.2 points in his first start of the season, but that was against Serge Ibaka and the Thunder. Take him with confidence tonight against Dallas. Nowitzki is not the defender that he once was.

Jusuf Nurkic, Nuggets ($5,000): Nurkic has been over 20 fantasy points in seven of his last ten games, and three of his last four. He is still not a consistent force, but he is working his way towards it. In the last two games that he struggled in, it was against Nerlens Noel and Marc Gasol. That can be forgiven. Give him a shot against the Thunder tonight, and you could be in for a very pleasant surprise.

Worth The Cost:

Tyson Chandler, Mavericks ($7,000): Chandler has not been below 25 fantasy points since January 27th against Memphis. He is on a roll lately. While he has a tougher matchup in the Clippers tonight, he should get plenty of rebounding opportunities agianst the Clippers front line without Griffin in there. He is the best option at C tonight.

Risky Play:

DeAndre Jordan, Clippers ($8,300): Jordan has struggled without Blake Griffin in the middle with him to take some pressure off. Jordan is still a good player, and it is likely just an adjustment period, but let him figure it out against someone else besidesĀ the red-hot Tyson Chandler tonight.

My Lineups:

A: Nurkic ($5,000)

B:Ā Hawes ($3,500)
