Fedor Emelianenko, Kimbo Slice to be guests at Bellator 134

Bellator MMA is pulling out all the stops for Bellator 134, with MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko and internet sensation Kimbo Slice among the fight-week guests.

In two weeks, Bellator will be hosting a full week of fan and media events leading up to Bellator 134: The British Invasion on Feb. 27 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. The event will mark the beginning of Miller Lite’s deal with the promotion that has them serving as the title sponsor.

Bellator 134 is headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between current champion Emanuel Newton and challenger Liam McGeary, with appearances by Paul Daley, Cheick Kongo, Muhammad Lawal, Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou and the always exciting Michael Page on the card.

Before the fights can go down, however, Bellator’s fight week events will include big names in the sport like one of the greatest heavyweights of all-time, Fedor Emelianenko.

Bellator announced Fedor Emelianenko, who has a strong relationship with new Bellator president Scott Coker from their time together in Strikeforce, will be in attendance along with former YouTube sensation/UFC veteran Kimbo Slice.

Also in attendance for the festivities will be UFC Hall of Famers Ken Shamrock and Royce Gracie, and current Bellator fighter Tito Ortiz.

Wednesday, Feb. 25

• 3 p.m. ET: “Past, Present & Future of MMA” Q&A session with Gracie, Ortiz and Aaron Pico for area high school wrestlers (closed to public)
• 4 p.m. ET: Official Bellator 134 press conference with main-card fighters at Boys & Girls Club and Family Center of Bristol

Thursday, Feb. 26

• 5 p.m. ET: Official Bellator 134 fighter weigh-ins at Mohegan Sun (open to public)
• 7 p.m. ET: Bellator fanfest with Emelianenko, Gracie, Ortiz and Shamrock signing autographs and taking photos for fans; Bellator ring girls meet-and-greet; ticket and merchandise sales at Dave & Buster in Manchester, Conn. (open to public)

Friday, Feb. 27

• 4 p.m. ET: Emelianenko, Gracie, Ortiz and Shamrock autograph signing at Mohegan Sun (open to Bellator 134 ticketholders)
• 5 p.m. ET: Kimbo Slice press conference
