After the four days of hearings back in December and January, where at the time Busch’s former girlfriend, Patricia P. Driscoll accused Busch of slamming her head into a bathroom wall, a Delaware judge has now asked for a no-contact order against Busch. He’s to leave his ex-girlfriend Driscoll alone, and to stay away from her entirely.
The year-long order requires that Busch must stay at least 100 yards away from Driscoll, except at the NASCAR races, or any driving related events where closer proximities occur.
This was a very intelligent decision coming from the judge in this extremely delicate situation.
Busch claims that Driscoll is a trained assassin who took covert missions as a hired killer.
No clue where any person would find that as a spouse, but if that’s the case, then staying away from her is the best course of action. Say if Busch is being truthful, it would be the best course of wisdom for him to stay away because if his head were to show up like the horse head inside of the Godfather, then there would be an even larger problem to solve.
However, if Driscoll is she the sweet American businesswoman that’s the CEO of the Frontline Defense Systems, and she became a victim of domestic abuse by the hands of Busch, then he shouldn’t be allowed to see her, contact her, or even think about her. The two shouldn’t be in the same room together, let alone the same area.
Busch’s camp is sticking to their story that no acts of domestic violence happened. Busch’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, said this:
"”It is important to note that the Commissioner’s ruling is a civil family court matter and totally unconnected to any criminal investigation or finding…Regardless of the Commissioner’s finding, we know that Kurt never committed an act of family violence.”"
In addition to not speaking, Busch must not also purchase or have any firearms or ammunition. Additionally, Busch is also going to have to go through an evaluation for mental health problems which are correlated to lack of controlled anger, and impulse control issues.
They say that the truth will set anyone free, hopefully the truth will be revealed soon, and this case can get solved.
