Someone alluded to the former Ravens running back when they wrote on Kurt Busch’s window

Kurt Busch was suspended indefinitely Friday after allegations of domestic abuse were filed in a Delaware Family Court. As a result, Busch will not be racing in this Sunday’s Daytona 500 or the foreseeable future until due process occurs and the situation is resolved.

Regan Smith will be taking his place instead, as he drives Busch’s car this Sunday in the Daytona 500.

With NASCAR taking a stance against domestic violence much like the NFL, it appears that someone has compared Kurt Busch and his alleged actions to former Ravens running back Ray Rice.

Someone wrote in marker on the window of Busch’s garage, “Ray Rice,” alluding to the domestic violence that occurred when Ray Rice knocked out his wife in an Atlantic City elevator.

The issue of domestic abuse and violence has become one of the major topics in sports over the last year, and all leagues are taking a stance against abuse by suspending players and taking further action for incidents that have occurred.

With Kurt Busch being the latest to be the face of allegations, it appears that someone has let Busch know how they feel, with the graffiti on his garage window.

The Daytona 500 will take place Sunday, and Kurt Busch will not be on the track when the green flag drops.
