The NCAA tournament is taking center stage today, so the NBA is sort of an afterthought. There are still four games in the association today, so there are opportunities!

Here are my FanDuel lineups for March 19:

Point Guards:

Bargains:

Jordan Clarkson, Lakers ($5,900): Clarkson is still producing solid numbers despite Jeremy Lin taking up some playing time. He has averaged 26 fantasy points per game over his last ten games, which makes him right around a 4.3x value every time he takes the court.

Trey Burke, Jazz ($4,900): His poor shooting makes him a risky play at all times, but he has been over 20 points in each of the last two games and gets the Lakers tonight. There are a lot of reasons to like his chances tonight.

Worth The Cost:

Tyreke Evans, Pelicans ($8,300): Evans has been playing nearly 40 minutes a game. If you get that kind of run against Phoenix, you can pile up the points. He may not play 40 minutes, but 40 fantasy points is a real possibility in an uptempo game.

Ty Lawson, Nuggets ($7,500): Lawson has been resting every other game, but this is his game where he is back in the lineup. And he has a great matchup against Houston. Patrick Beverley is a game time decision. If he does play, it will diminish Lawson’s value a little, but not enough to worry me.

Risky Plays:

Ricky Rubio, Timberwolves ($7,500): There is no way I would play Rubio right now. There is no reason for the Timberwolves to risk further injury on his sore legs. They want to give Zach LaVine more run anyway, which makes LaVine the one to play against the Knicks, not Rubio.

Alexey Shved, Knicks ($7,000): His price has risen to the point where Shved is a bit of a risk, but he has a few things going for him tonight. One, he is playing his former team. That is always a motivator. Two, the Timberwolves likely wont let Rubio play more than 25 minutes or so. And three, he seems to have entrenched himself ahead of Langston Galloway and Tim Hardaway, Jr. in the pecking order. That takes a lot of the risk away.

My Lineups:

A: Lawson and Shved ($14,500)

B: Evans and Clarkson ($14,200)

Next: Weak Night At SG

Shooting Guards:

Bargains:

Randy Foye, Nuggets ($4,600): Foye is not consistent, nor is he an elite offensive option. What he is is a cheap starter on a light night who is a lock for 20 fantasy points. If you need to go cheap, Foye is a suitable option.

Eric Gordon, Pelicans ($6,000): Gordon is constantly in the 20 fantasy point range, but at this price, you need more. More could be coming tonight against the Suns. Scores will be in the triple digits, and shots will be plentiful.

Worth The Cost:

James Harden, Rockets ($10,600): He has a nice matchup against the Nuggets, and in the games that Patrick Beverley has missed this year, Harden has handled a large chunk of the ball handling duties as well. That could make for a huge night against Denver.

Kevin Martin, Timberwolves ($6,100): Martin went off last night against Toronto, and has had 28 or more fantasy points in each of the last three games. He is a great bet to make it four against the Knicks tonight.

Risky Plays:

Eric Bledsoe, Suns ($8,500): Bledsoe’s high price makes him a risk. He needs 38.3 fantasy points for 4.5x value, a number that he has hit just twice in his last ten games. His matchup is also not a good one. New Orleans defends the perimeter well.

Wayne Ellington, Lakers ($5,100): Ellington is not a real consistent shooter. That is about all he does, so playing him on any given night is a risk. Especially with the emergence of Jordan Clarkson and Jeremy Lin around him in the backcourt. He is not getting nearly as many shots as he was when the Lakers first shut Kobe down.

My Lineups:

A: Harden and Foye ($15,000)

B: Harden and Martin ($16,700)

Next: Some Good Cheap Options At SF

Small Forwards:

Bargains:

Rodney Hood, Jazz ($4,600): Hood is the starting SG now that he has returned from injury. Hood has had more than 20 fantasy points in four of his last five games. He is worth taking a shot on tonight against the Lakers.

Chase Budinger, Timberwolves ($3,700): The Timberwolves are without Gary Neal, Anthony Bennett, Shabazz Muhammad, and Robbie Hummel. That has opened up plenty of bench minutes for Budinger, and he is making the most of them. He has more than 15 fantasy points in three straight games. If you need to go cheap, Budinger should be worth a play again tonight.

Worth The Cost:

Gordon Hayward, Jazz ($7,600): As long as you don’t play him against teams that are good at SF, he will produce for you. He has gone over 30 fantasy points in his last seven favorable matchups, and even a couple that weren’t (Charlotte and Washington). The Lakers are a great matchup for Hayward. He should have no problem being the highest scoring SF today.

Danilo Gallinari, Nuggets ($6,400): He is not the bargain that he was earlier this year, but he is still producing numbers that are worthy of playing him at this price. His matchup against Houston is not a great one, but he shouldn’t have a problem reaching 4x value (25.6 fantasy points).

Risky Plays:

Andrew Wiggins, Timberwolves ($6,100): His rookie inconsistency is rearing it’s ugly head right now. Wiggins has six straight games of under 25 fantasy points. The Knicks look like a good matchup tonight, just be aware that his recent production does not look good heading in.

Corey Brewer, Rockets ($5,400): Brewer has topped 30 fantasy points in four of his last five games. He is still not starting, but he is proving to be a smarter gamble for those of us that are willing to play bench players. There is also a chance that he could see an extended run against the Nuggets tonight.

My Lineups:

A: Hood and Budinger ($8,300)

B: Gallinari and Hood ($11,000)

Next: Is Davis Worth The Risk?

Mar 18, 2015; Salt Lake City, UT, USA; Utah Jazz forward Derrick Favors (15) lays the ball up to the basket against the Washington Wizards during the third quarter at EnergySolutions Arena. Washington Wizards won the game 88-84. Mandatory Credit: Chris Nicoll-USA TODAY Sports

Power Forwards:

Bargains:

Andrea Bargnani, Knicks ($5,900): Bargnani has only been under 20 fantasy points once since his season debut. He has a fairly high floor for a cheap option, and has broken 30 a handful of times. He seems like a good bet to do that tonight against the beat-up Timberwolves.

Terrence Jones, Rockets ($6,700): Jones had a subpar outing on Tuesday because he was benched in the first half as punishment for being late. He should be right back into his 30 fantasy point range tonight against the Nuggets.

Marcus Morris, Suns ($5,200): Morris has started three straight game with Brandon Knight out. Knight is still out, so Morris will be in the lineup once again. He has scored more than 25 fantasy points in each of those three games, and is a strong bet to do so again.

Worth The Cost:

Derrick Favors, Jazz ($7,700): Favors is about as reliable as they come. Charlotte is the only team that has held him under 25 fantasy points since the beginning of February. Boston was the only other team to hold him under 30. The Lakers are nowhere near as good as those two teams up front, so expect 30 fantasy points at worst from Favors tonight.

Kenneth Faried, Nuggets ($6,900): Faried has been a monster since the coaching change in Denver. When he is not being rested, that is. Expect him back on the court tonight against the Rockets. They are decent up front, but probably not strong enough to keep Faried out of the 30’s in fantasy points.

Risky Plays:

Markieff Morris, Suns ($6,900): Morris has been everything but consistent this year. He has had a few good games in a row right now, which means he is about due for a bad one. Especially if Anthony Davis plays.

Anthony Davis, Pelicans ($12,400): Davis tweaked his knee during shootaround, and was already nursing a hip injury. He is a game time decision. The bad part about that is that the Pelicans areĀ out West tonight, meaning using him in anything but the late lineups is really risky. Which is too bad, because he has a great matchup against the Suns.

My Lineups:

A: Favors and Bargnani ($13,600)

B: Faried and Marcus Morris ($12,100)

Next: Some Sneaky Options At Center

Mar 18, 2015; Salt Lake City, UT, USA; Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert (27) runs up the floor during the second quarter against the Washington Wizards at EnergySolutions Arena. Mandatory Credit: Chris Nicoll-USA TODAY Sports

Center:

Bargains:

Omer Asik, Pelicans ($5,500): Asik becomes an even better option if Anthony Davis misses the game. He already had a good matchup against the Suns. He could have a huge night picking up some of Davis’s slack. Asik has been over 25 fantasy points in four of his last five games. Five of his last six seems like a safe bet.

Brandan Wright, Suns ($5,200): With Alex Len out, Wright will have free reign in the middle. If Anthony Davis misses the game, this becomes and even more intriguing play.

Worth The Cost:

Rudy Gobert, Jazz ($8,200): Gobert has been over 35 fantasy points in five straight games. That wont change tonight against the Lakers.

Risky Play:

Cole Aldrich, Knicks ($4,400): You just never know where the Knicks are going to go with their rotations. Aldrich has been between 15 and 36 fantasy points, all in his last five games. He is still getting enough run to be a solid value play, but keep in mind that he might not be.

My Lineups:

A: Gobert ($8,200)

B: Asik ($5,500)
