Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson threw an extravagant birthday party for himself. He even rode in on a camel and dressed as a sultan.

Adrian Peterson has been all over the headlines lately with his desire to leave the Minnesota Vikings. Now he’s in the headlines again, this time for the incredible 30th birthday party he threw.

Extravagant doesn’t even begin to describe the party that Peterson had.

With an Aladdin theme, Peterson rode into the party on a camel dressed as a sultan.

Seriously.

He even had a cake with a man riding a magic carpet over a sultan’s palace much like the character Aladdin did.

If Peterson wanted to make a statement with his party, he certainly accomplished that.

Peterson who is upset with the Minnesota Vikings, reportedly wants out of Minnesota and wants to play somewhere else next season.

It will be hard for any team to acquire Peterson with his massive contract and the Vikings have said they aren’t going to release him. The drama between the two parties appears to be far from over.

While it’s not exactly clear where Adrian Peterson will be playing football next season, it is clear that he knows how to throw a party.
