Cleveland Browns are front-runners for HBO Hard Knocks

The Cleveland Browns are front-runners to be the featured team on HBO Hard Knocks. 

It doesn’t matter what team is selected to be on NFL Hard Knocks, fans are going to want to jump on to watch the hit TV show for the insight and drama of the NFL. There are certain teams and players that could make things a little more enticing to watch though. One of those teams is the Cleveland Browns.

Why would we want to watch the Browns? First, they just changed their uniforms, so we all get to see that new shade of brown that they are all wearing. They will all be looking pretty sweet with that new shade of brown.

They have added a couple of new receivers on the roster with Brian Hartline and Dwayne Bowe. They definitely could draw attention for all of the fans to watch.

Enough shenanigans, the main attraction would be Johnny Manziel. Everyone would want to tune in to see how he looks in camp and if he is playing well enough to start. Fans want to know if he is partying it up outside of the locker room and eyes will be watching to see his progress from his rehab. He is one of the biggest attractions in the game at the moment and he really has not proven anything on the field. He will be in a battle with QB Josh McCown for playing time and everyone would get to see how that whole thing plays out.

HBO would love to have Johnny Football as the main attraction for their hit series. Manziel has never backed down from the attention, but this might not be the best for him. He is already examined for every move that he makes on and off of the field. This will just give the cameras more access to everything he does.

If the Browns are not the team selected for the show, Hard Knocks would have to select from the St. Louis Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Minnesota Vikings, Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Washington Redskins and New York Giants based on the exemptions for the show.
