The Wisconsin Badgers are in Los Angeles for the Sweet Sixteen and Nigel Hayes is happy he has Kobe Bryant’s locker.
The Wisconsin Badgers are the No. 1 seed in the West Region of the 2015 NCAA Tournament and have made it into the Sweet Sixteen in Los Angeles after beating Coastal Carolina and Oregon. While Wisconsin might be one of the top teams overall already, they’re also one of the top fan favorites in the tournament after their hijinks with the tournament stenographer.
Wisconsin continues to give laughs to fans and clearly enjoy their time as a No. 1 seed and Wednesday when they arrived in the Staples Center locker room, sophomore forward Nigel Hayes was pretty happy he had Kobe Bryant‘s locker.
How could you not be excited that your locker belongs to one of the best NBA players of all time?

According to SportsCenter’s Jay Crawford, when Hayes found out he had Kobe’s locker, he was extremely excited.
“I’ll probably sleep in this locker tonight, so that way I can absorb Kobe powers,” Hayes said according to ESPN.
Now, you wouldn’t expect Kobe to be happy about anyone using HIS locker, but he tweeted back at Wisconsin basketball:
Did Kobe just “LOL”?
The Wisconsin Badgers will take on the 4-seed North Carolina Tar Heels in the Sweet Sixteen on Thursday as North Carolina will seek their 25th Elite Eight appearance and Wisconsin will seek their fourth and second straight.
Wisconsin is led by senior center Frank “The Tank” Kaminsky and forward Nigel Hayes and will hope to move on to win their first NCAA Tournament championship since 1941.
