The Buffalo Bills drafted a handful of players from the state of Florida, and they’re welcoming the rookie class with the shite beaches of Buffalo.

The NFL Draft is a time in which players have their dreams come true and they graduate to the professional level of their careers. There’s no more breezy college days for these players anymore, as the grind of being an NFL player officially begins this weekend for over 200 players in the country.

Not everyone gets to go to their favorite team or even a winning team, and not everyone gets to go to a warm state to play their football. There’s a natural connection between frozen tundras and football, and there are few hallowed grounds more frozen then in Buffalo.

That’s something the Bills want their incoming draft class to know about.

As the NFL Draft started to wind down, the Buffalo Bills welcomed their new draftees to town with promises of white beaches — expect there’s less sand and more snow on the beaches in New York.

This is expert trolling by the Buffalo Bills, and it’s something that both serves as a hilarious tweet and a cautious warning to the incoming rookies that things aren’t going to be the way they were in their sunny Florida colleges.

Buffalo is on the rise in the AFC, and this incoming class of rookies may be able to balance out the fact that they play in a frozen tundra by winning and restoring some pride to the Bills.
