FanDuel Lineup For May 10

We are happy to present you another FanDuel lineup for May 10. Feeling pretty good after hitting for some money with our May 8 lineup (199/1149).We even hit in some money in a 100 team league with out May 8-9 lineup (16/100)as well. Unfortunately they don’t all hit, but when they do we should all celebrate the wins, right? No question these two game nights are getting harder and harder to figure out, but eventually the math of fantasy basketball always prevails. I am hoping that this lineup will give us similar results for May 10.

Our starting PGs for this roster are Derrick Rose and Austin Rivers. Rose has really been feeling his game as of late especially after hitting the game winning three-point shot against the Cavaliers in game three. His price has risen up to $8,300 but for me he is still worth it as long as he continues to produce in the same vein as the last few games. Austin Rivers is a bit of a gamble, but after I avoided my gut instinct to bench him on the eighth of May and he helped us reach our goal, I am going to roll with him one more game at least.

We will be starting Jamal Crawford and J.R. Smith at out SG positions. Both players doing well and should get us at least 20 fantasy points, however both guys are capable of blowing up and giving us over 30 fantasy points. If I am going to have to use a cheap player as you always do in FanDuel leagues there is no one I would rather use for that role.

Our starters at SF find us rolling back into superstar territory with LeBron James and then out of superstar territory with Mike Dunleavy. You can just never, ever argue with using King James and with three straight games over 50 fantasy points you would be considered crazy if you did. Dunleavy is a pretty safe guy for his salary. Three of his last four games has found him to be a pretty safe bet and getting between 25-30 fantasy points.

We follow the same protocol with superstars at our PF position by rolling with Blake Griffin and Taj Gibson. Griffin has probably been the hottest player in all of the NBA Playoffs and has the salary to boot. He is expensive here, but he is so worth it. My heart is torn but using Taj Gibson here is my recognizing that Pau Gasol seems pretty unlikely to play Sunday. I can imagine that the Bulls will take the safe route here as they hold the 2-1 game edge and the extra day of rest could help Gasol to recover and be more likely to finish out the season and avoid getting a major injury.

My starter at C plays upon the same line of thought of seeing Pau Gasol sit out. At C we are rolling with Joakim Noah. Noah has all the heart in the world, but with the crowded front-court in Chicago we have certainly seen his fantasy numbers fall. I think with Gasol sitting he could be huge. I don’t think I will change anything even if we learn that Gasol will be active, but if I do I will tweet out my changes so make sure to give us a follow at the links below. As always we thank you for stopping by and wish you FanDuelers the best of luck!
