Steph Curry’s daughter steals his postgame spotlight (Video)

Steph Curry dropped 34 points on the Houston Rockets in Game 1, but all alone can talk about is his adorable scene stealing daughter.
The Golden State Warriors are up 1-0 on the Houston Rockets after Steph Curry came roaring to life and dropped 34-points on Tuesday night. But while the series lead is important and meaningful, all anyone can talk about is his daughter, Riley, who stole the show in her father’s postgame press conference.
After the Game 1 win over the Houston Rockets, the real MVP of the night was Riley Curry — Steph Curry’s adorable daughter. Though one reporter was not thrilled that Curry’s daughter was at the press conference.
The Currys clearly saw what Derrick Rose and his son did after Game 3 of the Bulls series against the Cavaliers and upped the ante. Golden State fans should be weary though, as if Derrick Rose’s adorable little moment taught us anything, it’s that kids are a curse on a team’s season.
Ask Derrick Rose how well having his son with him worked out — oh wait, you can’t because the Bulls are out of the postseason. Steph Curry bringing his daughter up to the podium with him may have been the cutest thing we saw all night, but it might also be the most adorable death nail hammered into the coffin of a team’s season.
Either that, or we’re reading way too into it. The NBA Draft Lottery provided no conspiracies, so we have to find them somewhere.
