Friday night some of the best young hockey players from around the world will find out where they will play their professional hockey in the future, as the NHL Draft is set to take place at the BB&T Center in Florida.

Of course, it’s really not expected to be much of a surprise who the No. 1 pick will be of the Edmonton Oilers. Connor McDavid will be tasked with the job of trying to turn this franchise around, and he seems pretty excited about those prospects.

“I am looking forward to completing the process and hearing my name called and being able to celebrate with my family and friends,” McDavid said via NHL.com. “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I am just looking to soak up every minute that I can.”

Of course, though, there’s a lot more that will be going on other than McDavid being selected with the first pick, and with that being said, here’s a look at the complete order of selections for the NHL Draft.
