Soccer player gets the freeze spray treatment on his butt (Video)
By Jack Crosby
This Belgian soccer player got the freeze spray treatment, but not in a place that he probably would have preferred
In recent years on the soccer pitches, we’ve seen the magical freeze spray treatment applied to a variety of players. However, we’ve never really seen anything quite like this and I’m not really sure we needed to. But, we’re being subjected to it anyway.
Javier Martos plays for Belgian club Charleroi, and on Sunday during a match against Club Brugge, it was time for the freeze spray treatment to be applied. It wasn’t applied in a place that you’re probably thinking of, though. No, Martos ended up getting the freeze spray treatment right on his butt.
The first thing that immediately pops into your head is that this does not look comfortable at all. In no way, form or fashion does this look like something any human wants to go through.
Secondly, well — this whole video exists, which can’t be the most flattering thing in the world for Mr. Martos. Maybe he wasn’t really thinking about it at the time, but he eventually had to realize that this video would start making the rounds. This video of his butt getting the freeze spray treatment.
