When the Baylor Bears take the field on Friday night, they’ll be wearing some pretty sweet icy white uniforms
As the college football season opens up this weekend, there are a lot of people with their eyes on the Baylor Bears. A program that has been on the rise under Art Briles comes into the 2015 campaign as the No. 6 team in the country. Some have this group pegged as a favorite for the College Football Playoff, a trip that narrowly eluded them last season, and that journey gets underway Friday night when the Bears travel on the road to take on SMU.
Friday night when they walked into Gerald Ford Stadium to take on the Mustangs, they’ll also be looking pretty fresh as well.
On Thursday Baylor revealed that since they’re the away team for this one, they’ll be hitting the gridiron wearing these pretty sleek “Icy White” uniforms.

This was most certainly a good choice for the Bears, especially for a night game on the road. Those white threads are going to stand out and those speedy skill position players are going to look like jets traveling down a military runway.
Throughout the past few years, Baylor has shown they can bring out some pretty nice outfits. Friday night, apparently, will be absolutely no different.
