Braxton Miller continued his impressive first game not at quarterback with a wicked 53-yard rushing touchdown

With all of the talk about J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones battling for the starting quarterback job for the Ohio State Buckeyes, people seemed to lose Braxton Miller in the shuffle. The former quarterback is moving to a receiver/hybrid back role in the offense this season and has been undeniably impressive in his debut in that role in the Buckeyes’ season-opener.

After already having an impressive catch for a first down and a long touchdown catch that put the Buckeyes back on top, Miller was just getting started. Nearing the end of the third quarter, Miller got a carry out of the backfield and took off. He came face-to-face with a defensive back and absolutely annihilated him with a spin move before taking it to the house:

And here’s just that insane spin move, for your viewing pleasure:

Though Miller put up nice numbers throwing the ball when playing quarterback, his most dangerous weapon has always been his ability with his legs and what he can do on the run. This touchdown is just another example of that.

Miller’s touchdown put Ohio State up 28-17 over the Hokies, putting the minds of Buckeyes fans around the world at ease after being down by three points at halftime.
