The U.S. Open features an epic battle between Serena Williams and Venus Williams tonight, and sports fans all over will be tuning in for what should be an incredible match.

For the 27th time in their careers, Serena and Venus Williams will be going head-to-head on the tennis court. It’s been a long and illustrious career for both tennis stars, and tonight we will be basked in nostalgia as they do battle against one another with a trip to the U.S. Open Semifinals on the line.

On paper, it looks like Serena Williams will come out victorious. She’s favored in the match and has the edge over her sister in their all-time meetings. But it’s not an overwhelming gap between the two stars, as Serena has just a four match advantage over her sister, with a 15-11 record in their 26 meetings. It’s always special to see either sister play in a match, and it’s extra special when they go head-to-head.

Stay up with the action with the live tracker below:

Third Set

Game 9: It was a hard fought battle by Venus, but she wasn’t able to overcome her sister in the ninth game and lost the set and match. Serena wins set 6-3

Game 8: Leave it to Venus to hang around and not allow her sister to take the set and the match easily. She may not win, but she’s making Serena earn a victory. Serena leads 5-3

Game 7: Serena wasn’t having any of her sister’s comeback, and quickly pulled back into a dominating lead entering what could be the final game of this match. Serena leads 5-2

Game 6: Venus storms back again and wins back a game after falling in the last. It’s a pressure game to hold serve, and Venus was able to bounce back and put Serena on her heels. Serena leads 4-2

Game 5: After falling in the fourth game of the set, Serena bounced back to extend her lead and move closer to closing out Venus and moving on to the semifinals. Serena leads 4-1

Game 4: Venus needed to win this game to keep things from getting out of hand, and that was clear when she jumped out to a 40-love lead. Venus stays alive and stays in it late in the third set. Serena leads 3-1

Game 3: This one was tighter than the first two games of the set, and it was clear that Serena was getting emotional. The crowd was annoying her, great serves were making her celebrate and she extended her lead to three-love. Serena leads 3-0

Game 2: It’s been all Serena in the third set, as she’s taking things to the next level in an effort to close things out and avoid an upset loss. Serena leads 2-0

Game 1: Venus seemed take a step back after dominating the second set, needing to catch her breath after her big tear. Serena knows there is no margin for error and that showed in the first game of the final set. Serena leads 1-0

Second Set

Game 7: After dominating almost the entire second set, Venus took charge and forced a final set with her sister for all the marbles and the chance to disrupt Serena’s ride to history. Venus wins set 6-1

Game 6: Venus is breaking hard, and she’s busting through the mold of the first set and is taking her sister to task. All she needs is one more game to move on to a final and critical set. Venus leads 5-1

Game 5: Once again it was Venus dominating the game, delivering some serious returns that challenged Serena and eventually overcame her. It was a turning point in the game, and possibly the match. Venus leads 4-1

Game 4: Venus attempted the break the streak and jumped out to a dominating lead, but Serena found her groove and eventually tied things up 40-40. But Venus managed to break through and extend her lead. Venus leads 3-1

Game 3: History is repeating itself, as Venus has again taken the momentum back in the third game to take the lead back. Keep in mind this happened in the first set though, and Serena was still able to pull out ahead. Venus leads 2-1

Game 2: Just like the first set, the back and forth has given the momentum back to Serena. She started sluggish in the firs set and bounced back, something she has done in the second game. Tied 1-1

Game 1: Venus may have lost the first set, but she has come out strong in the second set to take a lead. This is how things started the first time around, and they didn’t end so well for the elder Williams sister. Venus leads 1-0

First Set

Game 8: This was the game that Venus needed but she couldn’t secure the victory she needed to extend the set. This isn’t the end of the match, but Serena is looking dominant and she’s hitting a hot streak that is hard to break her out of. Serena wins set, 6-2

Game 7: Once again, Venus put up a fight but it was Serena’s game to win. Things are starting to get a littler predictable, but Venus is still right there in it, just not enough so. Serena leads 5-2

Game 6: Serena Williams is on fire. She can’t be stopped it seems, as no matter what Venus does it’s countered masterfully by her younger sister. If this keeps up, we might be through this set quicker than it was looking. Serena leads 4-2

Game 5: Just like we thought, Serena has pulled out in front and is starting to heat up in a big way. This is bad news for Venus, who needs to bounce back after losing another big game in this first set. Serena leads 3-2

Game 4: It’s been a classic back-and-forth between the Williams sisters, as Serena again came roaring back to even things up in the fourth game of the set. Serena is truly starting to warm up and might start to run away with this if she can keep getting hot. Tied 2-2

Game 3: Once again it was Venus Williams using her serve to her advantage. There may be no better server to take on Serena than her sister Venus, and that showed in the third game of the set. Serena is starting to warm up though and is beginning to close the gap with Venus and look like the better of the two players. Venus leads 2-1

Game 2: After falling behind 0-1 to Venus, Serena came back hard in her serve to even the tally. Venus had some great returns, but it wasn’t enough to take the lead she needed to take a 2-0 lead. Tied 1-1

Game 1: The elder Venus Williams received first serve and used it to her advantage, dominating Serena to take a 1-0 lead on the night in the first set. It wasn’t an overwhelming win, but it was a bit of a sluggish start for the World No. 1 in Serena. Venus leads 1-0
