Utah State quarterback Chuckie Keeton turned the ball over in a horrible way against Utah on Friday night
Just a few seasons ago, there were few players in college football who were more exciting than Utah State quarterback Chuckie Keeton. His versatile ability with that ball in his hands made him that way and he deserved every bit of praise.
However, two major injuries that he suffered derailed the awesome career that it seemed he was poised to have. Friday night against the rival Utah Utes, things got even worse to an extent.
After Utah opened the game with a touchdown, Utah State then got their first chance with the ball and Keeton was trying to lead his offense down the field for the answer. Well, this is how the drive ended…

Yeah, that was basically what we all like to call an “arm punt.” What it also was, was one of the more terrible interceptions that you will see all year. Keeton was never one to set the world on fire with his passing, but this was just really, really bad.
Keeton hasn’t really been the same the past few years, and quite frankly, it’s tough to watch.
