Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith and Oakland Raiders defensive lineman Justin Tuck got into an altercation in the tunnel.
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith had a little run-in with Justin Tuck of the Oakland Raiders in the tunnel in between halves. A couple of reporters reported about the altercation, but didn’t really specify what happened other than one report that Smith was jawing with Tuck and seems to be the instigator.
Steve Smith and Justin Tuck had to be separated going into tunnel. One of Ravens security officials was trying to push Smith away.

Doesn't surprise me to see that happen with both teams going down same tunnel. Also doesn't surprise me that Smith is one involved.

Steve Smith shows what a bad idea it is to have one tunnel for two football teams, jaws with Justin Tuck on his way into the locker room.

Is anyone really surprised to see that Smith is involved and perhaps the instigator of the situation? No, he has an M.O. of causing scuffles with opponents.
What specifically sparked this would be interesting to find out though.
