We were all waiting to hear what Tammy would have to say on the Paul Finebaum show Monday about Auburn and it was worth the wait
Simply put, there were two things that we were all waiting for on the Paul Finebaum Show Monday afternoon:
- How would Alabama fans react to losing to Ole Miss at home?
- What would Tammy say about what happened to Auburn?
We got that first one out of the way in a hurry, with an Alabama fan calling for Nick Saban to step down. Very soon, though, we were treated to the rant from Tammy that we were all waiting for. Needless to say, it was well worth the wait the past few days.
Finebaum let Tammy go, and boy did she ever take advantage of the opportunity. She was not as optimistic as she usually is. But, then again, after Auburn was trounced by LSU on Saturday in the manner that they were, how could any Auburn fan be optimistic? Things do not look good, and after that initial loss on Saturday, the Tigers were dropped from the rankings altogether. Once thought of as a College Football Playoff contender, they’re not even a Top 25 team anymore. Well, at least in the AP Poll anymore. They’re still ranked in the Coaches Poll because some SID wasn’t paying attention the past few weeks.
Anyway, yes, Tammy went off on Monday and she even revealed some pretty personal information about how she’s dealing with the loss.
College football is literally the best, due in large part to the fans, especially from the south.
