Texas Tech is coming with all they have against TCU on Saturday and this pass play is proof positive of that
If there is one upset on Saturday that a lot of people are picking, it’s the Texas Tech Red Raiders over the No. 3 TCU Horned Frogs. With TCU struggling a little bit on defense and with the firepower that the Red Raiders bring on the offensive side of the ball, this is perfectly plausible to believe that it can happen.
Well, that Texas Tech offense was on full display in the second quarter of this one as it put Texas Tech up over the No. 3 team in the country.
Down 16-14 in this one, watch in the video below as Texas Tech takes the 21-16 lead over TCU on this gorgeous pass play from Patrick Mahomes to Jakeem Grant.

If the Red Raiders are going to shock the country on Saturday, it’s the plays like these that are going to get the job done in that regard. With a lot of time left in this one on Saturday, the upset bid is still very much alive if the Red Raiders defense can make some plays.
