Cristiano Ronaldo is going to be starring in a documentary about himself.
Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has become one of the most well-known sports figures, and his stardom will be featured in an upcoming film.
According to Sports Illustrated, the world-class striker will star in a movie titled “Ronaldo: Astonishing. Intimate. Definitive.”
This will feature the Portuguese star in a behind-the-scenes look that was filmed over the course of 14 months. You might remember a story about Ronaldo intentionally celebrating towards a camera filming his documentary in the Champions League final.
The movie will take a closer look into the Real Madrid star’s personal life, and viewers will get a glimpse of what Ronaldo is like off the field.
Here is a video of the official trailer for the movie, which is scheduled to be released on Nov. 9.
The 30-year-old striker is widely known for being a cocky player, as he has been known to take off his shirt at times during games while celebrating.
However, the Portuguese international has backed up his on-field persona by being one of the greatest soccer players of all time.
He will also be depicted as a father and family man throughout the film, but fans will also get to see the prime of his career be covered.
This is one aspect that viewers will be more familiar with, as the Real Madrid striker has enjoyed one of the most prolific careers of all time.
Ronaldo has scored 444 goals in 630 total appearances, and he helped lead Manchester United to three Premier League titles while breaking out with 42 goals in the 2007-08 season.
He has since scored at least 51 goals in the last five seasons with Real Madrid, and he has already reached eight during the 2015-16 season.
