We are only three weeks into the NFL regular season and already there have been so many ups and downs to the fantasy football season.  Get ready for everything to change again in week 4 as the Steelers go forward without Big Ben, games start early in the morning in London, and we hit the first bye weeks of the season.  With so much changing so quickly, many owners are finding it time to hit the fantasy football waiver wire.  If you’re looking for the right pickup to give your team a boost, check out my top 10 week 4 pickups to target on the following slides.

More from Buffalo Bills

Every year, there are injuries, role changes, and emerging talent that make a huge difference in fantasy football.  Already this year names like Stevie Johnson, Carson Palmer, Tyler Eifert, James Jones, Chris Johnson, Devonta Freeman, Dion Lewis, and Eric Ebron have emerged as fantasy weapons who were available on waiver wires early on in the season. Hopefully you were able to grab some of them with the help of my previous posts.

Each week you can find my top ten options from the fantasy football waiver wire on Tuesday morning right here on Fansided.  Each week, I include at least one wide receiver, one tight end, one quarterback, one running back, and one team defense in my top ten to help you fill whatever slot on your roster needs reinforcing.  If you are looking for deep league pickups beyond just the top 10, check out the final slide of this post and also make sure to come back throughout the rest of the week as I focus on the top options available on a position-by-position basis.  Ownership percentages included in parentheses with each pick are ESPN ownership as of roster lock for week 3.

To find all Fansided’s fantasy football coverage for this week and going forward the rest of the season, check out our fantasy football hub where all our new posts will appear.  If you have questions for me, you can always find me on Twitter @FansidedFantasy where I do my best to keep you up to date on all the fantasy sports relevant news and happenings. I’ll be happy to give you my opinion on your lineup and your waiver wire claims if you let me know your situation and what you’re thinking of doing.

Make sure to consider your team’s specific needs as you add players from the fantasy football waiver wire. The players are listed in the general order I would pick them up, but it’s not a strict top ten ranking since it depends on what your team needs are at this point in the season and how your league sets up roster structure.

With the Patriots and Titans starting the bye weeks this year, it’s going to be a busy week on the fantasy football waiver wire as teams adjust to the latest injuries and the new-look offenses as teams change signal-callers.  Let’s get right into this week’s top ten options that I think you should check out on the fantasy football waiver wire.
