Some members of the Oregon football team were trapped in an elevator on Saturday.
So a flock of Ducks wander into an elevator in Boulder, Colorado …
Sounds like the lead to a semi-decent dad joke, no? Actually, it’s the tale of the day for the Oregon Ducks. Well prior to Saturday’s game against the Colorado Buffaloes, a group of Oregon football players were trapped in an elevator.
Sit back, grab a cup of Earl Gray and enjoy the “Elevator Chronicles,” told from Devon Allen’s first person point of view as he eagerly watches his teammates escape their suspended transport.

After getting absolutely waxed at home by Utah, Oregon faces what is a must-win on the road against a fairly decent Buffs squad. Colorado pasted Nicholls last weekend, 48-0, and should be flying into this contest with a bit of confidence. However, Oregon is a completely different monster than Hawaii, Massachusetts, Colorado State and the aforementioned Nicolls.
Kickoff for the Ducks-Buffaloes game is at Folsom Field in Boulder at 10:00 p.m. ET.
