Mario Williams body slammed Rashad Jennings
By Josh Hill
Mario Williams went full Super Mario on Rashad Jennings with a hardcore bodyslam.
When Mario Williams flamed out with the Houston Texans, he at least managed to show some flash on his way out the door. He hasn’t lit the world on fire in Buffalo, but the arrival of Rex Ryan has no doubt helped him develop into a stronger defensive plug for the Bills.
Giants running back Rashad Jennings was on the receiving end of a hardcore body slam that pretty much summed up everything wrong with the Giants.
That’s a grown ass man tackle right there — it also highlights how awful the Giants offensive front is this season. Not only does Williams go full Super Mario on Jennings, but he basically walked past the offensive line of the Giants and was standing there waiting for the hit.
New York is going nowhere fast this season, and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out why. As for the Bills, Mario Williams is looking like a No. 1 pick again in Rex Ryan’s revamped and suddenly fun Bills defense. He may not be a top defender in the NFL but the discussion can be had as the Bills defense continues to look even better than it did before as things start to fall into place.
