Vikings vs Broncos live stream: Start time, TV channel and how to watch online
Minnesota Vikings vs. Denver Broncos
Denver has started the season as hot as can be, winning its first three games behind a rejuvenated Peyton Manning despite his arm not being as strong as it used to be. However, he has two All-Pro caliber receivers to throw to on a weekly basis and he might be developing a bond with a third receiver, possibly Bennie Fowler, for the coming weeks.
C.J. Anderson has been ineffective, to say the least, to begin the year, rushing for just 74 yards on 32 carries and not yet reaching the end zone. Ronnie Hillman leads the team with 88 yards on the ground, but it’s clear that the run game is not the strong point. The Broncos’ defense, however, seems to be one of the best in the league, allowing under 300 total yards per game.
Minnesota’s Teddy Bridgewater might be one of the better young quarterbacks in the league, but the Vikings’ hot start can be attributed mostly to the strong run game led by Adrian Peterson — shocker, right?
Peterson has rushed for 291 yards and two touchdowns on 59 carries while Bridgewater has completed 50-of-74 passes for 505 yards and a touchdown. This team has the potential to contend for an NFC North title, but it will need much improved play from its starting quarterback to take the pressure off Peterson and avoid injury.
