Week 4 was a weird and wild one in fantasy football as stars returned with mixed results, injuries continued to mount, some teams turned things around, while found new ways to continue to struggle.  To catch up on all the action in a busy fantasy football week 4, check out my studs, duds, and sleepers at each position on the following slides.

More from Atlanta Falcons

For each of the main fantasy football positions–quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and tight end–I’ve listed some of the biggest studs, some of the biggest duds, and the biggest sleepers.  The studs are players who came into the week with high expectations and delivered for their owners with big totals.  On the other hand, the duds are players who were expected to perform this week, but who were unable to deliver due to injury or ineffectiveness.  Finally, the sleepers listed at each position are some of the players who weren’t expected to make big fantasy contributions but who had solid fantasy football week 4’s and may have some value for your fantasy team going forward.

Normally, I don’t include kickers in this post, but the second-highest scorer of any player this week in ESPN standard scoring was Cairo Santos, the kicker for the Chiefs who connected on all seven of his field goal tries for a whopping 27 points.  Before this week, Santos had only totaled 17 fantasy points in the firs three weeks of the season, but he made a huge difference for owners lucky enough to run him out there this week.  The struggles of the Chiefs offense ended up being a huge boost to Santos and his fantasy owners.

As we head into week 5, make sure to check back tomorrow morning for my full top 10 waiver wire pickups post in which I’ll break down who you should target to bolster your roster.  In order to stay locked in to all the fantasy football coverage at Fansided, drop a bookmark over on our fantasy football hub and follow us on Twitter @FansidedFantasy.  I’ll be happy to answer as many fantasy sports questions as possible on Twitter so let me know how I can help you.
