Wide receivers are some of the most unpredictable fantasy football players on a weekly basis.  Success for a receiver depends on many factors including who their QB is, how the offense is game-planning, and the game situation.  As a result, WR tend to be volatile commodities from week to week. To help you find some value options at the wide receiver spot and possibly even get some help off the waiver wire, I’ve listed my top five wide receivers sleepers on the following slides.  Check out where I think you can save some salary in daily fantasy football and boost your roster in season-long leagues.

More from Baltimore Ravens

Week 11 is the final week of the NFL season where teams are scheduled to have a bye.  The Giants, Browns, Steelers, and Saints are taking this week off, so you’ll need to find alternatives if any of their receivers are your usual starters. The picks I’ve listed on the following slides are good options if you can grab them and plug them in.

In my sleeper posts each week here on Fansided, I try to highlight some of the non-traditional options at WR.  This isn’t the top five receivers in the league or even five receivers who should start in all formats, but the five receivers on the following slides are potential ways for you to get some points even though they aren’t as widely hyped and promoted.  I try to highlight some sleepers each week who are ready to step up despite being on the waiver wire in many season-long leagues and being relatively affordable in daily fantasy sports leagues like DraftKings and FanDuel.

If you’re looking for our complete fantasy football coverage, check out our fantasy football hub where you’ll find my top 5 sleeper running backs for week 11 from earlier this morning.  Check back tomorrow morning for a full recap of all the fantasy action from the games today. If you have lineup questions for one-week or your season-long leagues, I’ll answer as many as I can on Twitter @FansidedFantasy up until kickoff.

With those preliminary guidelines in place, let’s jump in to ] my top 5 wide receiver sleepers for fantasy football week 9.
