Tevin Coleman-RB-Atlanta Falcons (26.0%)

At the beginning of the season, the Falcons backfield was expected to be a timeshare between Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman. When Coleman got injured, though, Freeman went off and seized the job becoming one of the top running backs in fantasy football.  Coleman eventually returned but only as a change of pace option behind the fantasy beast that was Devonta Freeman.

This week the script was flipped as Freeman left with a concussion and Coleman all the sudden was getting expanded playing time. Coleman didn’t quite go off in Freeman style finishing with 48 yards on 17 carries, but he will be a playable option this week fi freeman can’t get through the concussion protocol in time for week 12 against the Vikings.

Coleman won’t have a ton of value if Freeman returns, but Coleman is worth adding if you need a running back and can’t get any of the other options.  He is worth owning at this point just to see how Freeman responds and if Coleman can earn any of the timeshare in his absence.
