Jameis Winston’s incredible run (Video)

Jameis Winston goes on an incredible 20-yard, first down run for the Buccaneers.
Jameis Winston provides football fans with another miraculous run during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ go-ahead drive inside of two minutes remaining in their divisional matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
In a 3rd and 19 situation down 19-16 to the Falcons at home, Winston escapes a collapsing pocket to make an unbelievable play on the Falcons’ defense. Winston collides with two Falcons linebackers and somehow is able to avoid going down to scamper about another 10 yards to convert the massive third and long for the Buccaneers.
This play set up a 6-yard touchdown pass by Winston to wide receiver Mike Evans for the go-ahead touchdown. Tampa Bay went up on Atlanta 22-19 and kicker Connor Barth’s point after attempt made it a four-point game.
A Matt Ryan interception would seal the deal for the Buccaneers, as they would go on to win 23-19. The Buccaneers swept the Falcons in 2015 and move to 6-6 on the year, very much alive in the NFC Wild Card race. Tampa Bay looks like a serious contender for either NFC Wild Card spot down the stretch, while the Falcons have now lost five straight games and have let their playoff aspirations all but slip away.
Winston’s heroic rushing attempt catapulted the Buccaneers to a crucial NFC South victory over the Falcons. Coincidentally, Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota had a ridiculous run of his own on Sunday, an 87 yard touchdown run against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The former Heisman Trophy winners will always be linked to one another as the first two picks of the 2015 NFL Draft. Both young passers had signature moments in Week 13 of the 2015 NFL season, using their legs nonetheless.
