There are just two weeks left in the NFL regular season, and if you’re still in the hunt for your fantasy football championship, congratulations! If you’ve made it this far and your team could still use a last-minute adjustment, there are some players who can help you available on the waiver wire week 16. Check out my top ten pickups listed on the following slides.

More from Buffalo Bills

As the season winds down, the injuries continue to pile up and workloads shift as teams turn their attention to to next season or getting the rest needed for the playoffs. In the coming days, it’s important that you pay close attention to who is planning on resting, who is planning on playing, and who will be given a chance to step up.  With so many question marks at this point, it’s also important to add as much depth as possible.

The importance of working the waiver wire effectively was again illustrated this week as David Johnson, Kirk Cousins, James White, Charcandrick West, DeAngelo Williams, Danny Woodhead, Brock Osweiler, Tyrod Taylor,  Ted Ginn Jr., Kamar Aiken, and Stefon Diggs all had big weeks after being available on many leagues waiver wires earlier this season. In fact a team of Cousins, Johnson, Woodhead, Ginn, Aiken, Diggs, and Jordan Reed would have won just about every game.  All of those players have been in my waiver wire pickups at one point this season.

Before jumping into the top 10 to target on the waiver wire week 16, let me remind you of a couple guidelines. First, I only highlight players who are available in over 50% of ESPN leagues (ownership percentages as of Monday night included in parentheses). If there are players who are owned in more than 50% of leagues but somehow are still floating on the waiver wire in your league, you can reach out and ask me specific questions on Twitter @FansidedFantasy where I do my best to answer as many questions as I can before waiver deadlines which are usually late tonight. You can also check back for more coverage including some last minute sleepers throughout the rest of the week on our Fantasy Football hub.

Each week in my top ten waiver wire pickups, I include at least one quarterback, one running back, one wide receiver, one tight end, and one team defense in my list. That way no matter what your position of need is heading into the last three weeks of the season,  you can find my top option analyzed here on this list.

There are several nice options available this week, so let’s jump into my top ten pickups from the waiver wire week 16.
