The Atlanta Falcons are coming off the team’s biggest win of the year after having defeated the previously undefeated Carolina Panthers in Week 16. After playing like complete garbage for the better part of the season’s second half, the Falcons finally decided to Rise Up! and thump Cam Newton and company. Not coincidentally it happened in a game where Kyle Shanahan decided to utilize Roddy White.

For New Orleans, the game could mark the end of an era. Sean Payton’s tenure with the team down in the Big Easy appears to be nearing a close. Ever since being suspended for the BountyGate doings a few years back, the franchise has failed to capture momentum under its coach. And while he is the best to ever patrol New Orleans’ sidelines, sometimes a little changeover is necessary. Emotions will certainly be running high.
