High Value PG

Emmanuel Mudiay-Denver Nuggets (5,800): Mudiay had 13 points and nine assists on Tuesday when the Nuggets played the Thunder right to the wire.  His 28.75 fantasy points were his fourth game with at least 25 fantasy points in his five games since returning from an ankle injury.   He got the start in that game with Jameer Nelson (questionable-wrist) sidelined, and his playing time is still somewhat tied to the veteran’s availability tonight against the Grizz.  No Nelson-∗ With Nelson

Norris Cole-New Orleans Pelicans (4,100): Cole should get a boost in playing time as well with the loss of Eric Gordon and Tyreke Evans still battling knee issues.  Cole is a streaky producer who has at least 15 fantasy points in four of his last five games and can go off like he did to start the year when he posted 16 points, 12 rebounds, and an impressive 44 fantasy points against the Mavericks.  Cole is high-risk since he doesn’t always produce, but he should get enough playing time to make him a solid gamble tonight.

Ray McCallum-San Antonio Spurs (3,000): The Spurs won’t have Tony Parker as they take on the Suns, so they recalled Ray McCallum from the D-league for tonight’s game. He and Patty Mills will likely spilt time in a good matchup against the Suns who allow the second-most fantasy points to opposing PG.  Even though Mills has been with the team while McCallum was sent down, I actually like McCallum to end up with better numbers tonight and Mills has shown very little when Parker has gone down before.  Both Mills and McCallum are streaky players with upside, but I’d gamble on McCallum in this one.
