Kenneth Faried blocks Bradley Beal to the ground (Video)

Denver Nuggets forward Kenneth Faried blocked Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal straight to the ground.

Kenneth Faried is called “The Manimal” for a reason. He might be limited in his abilities on the court, but the things he does are very explosive. Anytime he makes or blocks a shot, there’s some power behind him.

Against the Washington Wizards on Thursday, the Denver Nuggets’ power forward showed off how strong he really is. As Wizards guard Bradley Beal drove to the hoop for a dunk, he got the bright idea to challenge Faried at the hoop.

It was like watching a Toyota Corolla take on a semi-truck head on. The semi-truck won, as Faried blocked Beal right down to the ground in embarrassing fashion.

Give Beal credit for his bravery on the play, but it definitely wasn’t the brightest idea that he’s ever had. Beal is usually known for his ability to stroke from beyond the arc and he should probably stay out there instead of trying to make plays like this happen.

There’s not many more worse things than getting your shot blocked, but getting blocked straight to the ground and thrown around like a small child has to be worse.
