With his club down 1-0 at the Camp Nou, Lionel Messi evened things up for his club with a goal in the 30th minute.
Spanish international, Koke, gave his team a 1-0 lead at the Camp Nou after just 10 minutes of play with a crucial goal for his side. However, Lionel Messi evened the critical contest up at 1-1 just 20 minutes later.
In the 30th minute of play, the 2015 Ballon d’Or winner took matters into his own hands and put his side back into the match with a massive goal.
And @FCBarcelona roar back to life. @Neymarjr, Alba and then @TeamMessi to put cherry on top. 1-1. #LaLigaEN https://t.co/MDwwvHQ0TW

Messi had 11 goals and four assists in 15 matches heading into Saturday’s contest, to go along with his three goals and one assist in UEFA Champions League competition.
Much like the first goalscorer, Koke, Messi grew up through his current club’s academy system and understands how important this match is for his side. The Argentine is in his 12th season with the senior team and has over 300 goals in all competitions for the Catalan club.
The Blaugrana beat Athletic Bilbao in midweek Copa del Rey action, winning the second leg 3-1 to advance to the next round. The club will be back in action on Wednesday, when they take on Valencia in the semi-final of the competition. Barcelona will host the first leg, before travelling to play the second leg on the road the following week. Last year, the club won the tournament, along with both the league and the Champions League.
