The Best NBA DFS Advice For March 2

Daily Fantasy NBA DFS advice for March 2:
Facts- you need to find the diamond in the rough to win any DFS contest. You need to find the guy that’s going to score 55 to 75 points that nobody else has. You don’t necessarily need all superstars in your line-up. You can find the average player that exceeds expectations, that plays his heart out for you without knowing it.

The NBA schedule has 11 match-ups tonight. I’ll be the first to admit it’s tough wading through the muck, but it has to be done if you want to win. Games that stand out to me as defensive struggles, as in no 55 to 75 players, are Detroit at San Antonio, Indiana at Milwaukee, Oklahoma City at Los Angeles Clippers, Utah at Toronto, Chicago at Orlando and New Orleans at Houston. Stay away from those games because there’s nothing special there.
So that leaves us with Washington at Minnesota, Portland at Boston, Charlotte at Philadelphia, Los Angeles Lakers at Denver, and Sacramento at Memphis. My favorite high scoring, no defense game out of all them is the Charlotte at Philadelphia game, but Sacramento at Memphis is a close second. It’s a toss-up between Philly wanting their 200th number 1 pick to get Ben Simmons on draft day and Memphis having no answer for DeMarcus Cousins with Marc Gasol out for the season. Either way, I see both these games being 128 to 100. Washington at Minnesota is another 115 to 97 game.
So who do you pick? Let’s start with point guards. Kemba Walker from Charlotte is poised to go off tonight. Philly has no answer for him. I wouldn’t be surprised if Walker’s line is 35 points, 8 assists, 8 rebounds and 3 steals. And he’s affordable on both FanDuel and DraftKings. Another point guard worth a look is Ricky Rubio from Minnesota. He doesn’t score a lot, but he’s an assist machine and his match-up tonight is John Wall, who is hardly a defensive player of the year candidate.
Shooting guard? I like Will Barton from Denver. The Lakers are trying to secure the number 2 pick in the draft, regardless of what they say. And Kobe Bryant gets pounded like Kobe Tai now so it’s easy for me to see Barton scoring 30 plus points tonight.
My forwards. I love what coach Brad Stevens is doing in Boston. Jae Crowder is special and he’ll be everywhere tonight. Points, rebounds, and blocks versus Portland. I like Jared Sullinger too. He hasn’t had a signature game this year but he’s due. My gut tells me Damian Lillard will be bombs away tonight, so there will be plenty of rebounds for everyone. Andrew Wiggins will do good against Washington too. I also like Otto Porter, and Marcin Gortat as a lower budget center.
Speaking of centers, let’s talk DeMarcus Cousins versus Memphis. When an irresistible force slams into jello, it goes everywhere. If Cousins doesn’t score 30 plus, collect at least 15 rebounds and get 3 blocks, I’ll be very surprised. That game has blow out written all over it because Memphis has no answer and Sacramento actually gives Cousins the ball. Will he lose his cool? You never know with the ultimate aggravator Matt Barnes on the court, but Boogie vs Barnes? Matt’s a little smarter than that.
