A look at the live scoring results from the First Round of March Madness on Friday
The 2016 NCAA Tournament and March Madness is underway, and to say the first day on Thursday was exciting would be an understatement. But the best part is that we still have another day and another 16 games to go on Friday.
Friday will start with Syracuse taking on Dayton, and from there we will be rolling along. Right after Syracuse and Dayton take the court, we’ll get to see one of the better teams in the field, Villanova out of the Big East. They failed in their pursuit of the Big East title, but this talented team still has national title aspirations in their sights.
As far as No. 1 seeds go, there is only one that will be playing on Friday and that team is none other than the Oregon Ducks out of the West. This team is coming into the tournament with a lot of momentum, seeing as they dismantled Utah in the Pac-12 Tournament title game. They don’t have the traditional basketball program recognition that a lot of others in the field do, but this is a team that no doubt can come away with the national title if they can keep their run going.
It will be another exciting, action-packed day and you can follow along with the live scores below. Scores will be updated at the conclusion of each game.
