Indy 500: Betting odds
Here are the full betting odds for the 2016 Indy 500.
There isn’t a bigger race in the United States each year than the annual Indy 500. This year, the event will be even more special, as it is the 100th race for the event and the buildup to the event has been emotional.
After James Hinchcliffe was injured in practice before last year’s event, many weren’t sure that he would be ever to race again. Through perseverance and hard work, Hinchcliffe won the pole for the race on Sunday.
However, with a crowded field and plenty of talented drivers around him, this could be the toughest race to predict yet. The betting odds on the race are shifting constantly and money is flowing heavily toward certain drivers.
According to OddsShark, Hinchcliffe is currently sitting at +1000 heading into the race on Sunday. Will Power is sitting comfortably at a cool +650, which means a lot of late money has been put on him to win the race.
