Major League Baseball has 11 games on the schedule as teams start a brand new set of series for the new week.  With 22 teams to pick from, there are plenty of options for your fantasy baseball roster, so to help you find some of the best matchups to attack for tonight check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides.

There continue to be plenty of divisional matchups tonight with six of the 11 games featuring divisional opponents that know each other well.  There are some solid BvP histories to check out as a result in those matchups, but there is also some interesting non-traditional matchups including Jon Lester taking on Steven Matz as the Mets roll into Wrigley to face the Cubs while in other action tonight the Rays are taking their game to altitude as they take on the Rockies in Colorado. The weather could be challenging with delays possible in New York, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, St. Louis, and Colorado, so keep a close eye on the weather situation as we approach game times as well.

With a total of 22 teams on the diamonds tonight under the lights, there are a some really good options for fantasy baseball including several “Aces.” The goal of my FanDuel daily picks (which you can find here almost every morning here at FanSided) is to provide you the information you need to select the best of those options to build your own lineup that can bring home a win.  In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, there are a variety of options on each slide with high-salary options, mid-range options, and high-value options at each position.

More from Cleveland Guardians

For starting pitchers and outfielders, I’ve separated my picks into high-salary and high-value options on separate slides while the other positions each get one slide per position with multiple pricing options. I base each of my picks on the current form of each player and the matchups each player will face in tonight’s contest game.

I’ve found it very helpful to rank my picks to show the strength of each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a points-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the my most confident picks into my lineups for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.
