It’s Week 4 in college football and there are some big games on tap for everyone to enjoy.

The college football season is in full swing and contenders are starting to emerge. While some teams began conference play last week, others will begin this week. Conference play ultimately sets up the College Football Playoff and it is there where a champion emerge.

This week, there are some huge conference games with big stakes on the line. In college football, one loss won’t hurt a team, but it can be as good as an elimination from contention in others. Teams on the bubble are hoping to pick up resume-building wins and strength of schedule is as important as ever.

With Heisman hopefuls taking the stage this week, it’s a chance to show who the man in their conference is. Let’s examine the top five games of Week 4.

5. Georgia vs. Ole Miss

The Ole Miss Rebels can kiss their playoff hopes goodbye. It was going to be tough anyways going into a September game with a loss on their record, but they made it a lot worse last week. Just when they had the chance to knock off Nick Saban again, Chad Kelly went Frank Grimes in the nuclear reactor and caused a meltdown.

While Homer Simpson wasn’t the cause of the Rebels’ downward spiral, turnovers, and bad football was. This week, they have another big test at home against Nick Chubb and the Georgia Bulldogs. The Bulldogs are 3-0 on the season but are playing this game where they torture everyone by pulling away with the win at the last second.

If you like a team that burns it to the ground more Nickelback and a team that will toy with your emotions more than an afternoon airing of Maury Povich, then this is the game for you.
