Jacob Eason shows he is a true freshman for the Georgia Bulldogs with a bad pick-six versus the Ole Miss Rebels on the road in the first quarter in Week 4.

The Georgia Bulldogs are going to take the good with the bad in starting a true freshman under center in quarterback Jacob Eason. He was the Gatorade National Player of the Year in 2015 at Lake Stevens High School in Washington State.

Eason was able to win his first two starts for the Bulldogs under center against Nicholls and the Missouri Tigers, but may be in over his head on the road against a desperate 1-2 Ole Miss Rebels team.

Already down 3-0 in Oxford, Eason tosses a terrible interception on a third and 10 to the Ole Miss Landshark Defense. Defensive back Derrick Jones is able to shred the Georgia offense for a pick-six from midfield to go up 10-0 on the Bulldogs.

Eason throws into double coverage with a underthrown ball. Ole Miss tends to have great ball skills in its secondary for head coach Hugh Freeze. The Rebels will give up points on defense, but are more than capable of forcing turnovers.

Ole Miss needs this game to save its sinking season. The Rebels have already lost to two major football programs this season to the Florida State Seminoles in Week 1 and the Alabama Crimson Tide in Week 3.

Georgia is still a young team under first-year head coach Kirby Smart. The Bulldogs are fortunate to play in the weaker SEC East. They can still drop their Week 4 game on the road against Ole Miss and be in a good spot to win their division.
