Dario Saric et al. take over the Philadelphia 76ers twitter account
Did you ever want to have a question answered by Ben Simmons himself? Well, too bad, but Dario Saric, Jerryd Bayliss, and Sergio Rodriguez were more than happy to fill that void. Taking part in the media day funtime, the 76ers opened up their Twitter account to for a fan Q&A session. #AskASixer had a was lit up with questions like “Hey Jerryd, are you related to Skip?” That was neither confirmed or denied, but some questions were answered.
We have highlights for you. You know we do.
Jerryd Bayliss’ time was short, but sweet. He started by not giving enough credit to Dean Ambrose.
Then he gave ample credit to Joel Embiid, stoking the flames for his third straight potential rookie season.
Sergio Rodriguez got his minutes as well. Some might call him a nice guy.
Others would call him CHACHO and they’d be right. Call him Chacho. I’m going to do it. We’re all doing it. It’s fun.
And it’s important to have fun.
But the star of the day was Dario Saric. He started with some Philly pride.
And then he moved on to discuss the one and only thing Philadelphia is known for.
Immediately afterward, he used his newly acquired sandwich knowledge to make some people angry.
For the record, he’s either right or wrong about that. Dario Saric is, however, a basketball player. I bet he has some basketball thoughts.
And finally, he wraps up the fun with relationship advice.
In my experience, that’s all it takes. The plural is important. You want to have more flowers than the amount of wives you’re trying to retrieve, and more often than not the number of wives is one.
#AskASixer questions are still flowing in despite the fact the Q&A is over. If you want to be part of that, join in! Maybe it will result in something positive for you somehow. You do you, reader-person.
