Mat is a contributor for FanSided's website "FanSided." They are transgender and just used a third person singular pronoun to describe themself. However, they don't really care too much about pronouns in any facet so, like, go nuts, I guess. She has written about basketball since 2014, but started writing in grade school. Favorite book reports included "The Bible" and "The Berenstain Bears Discover the Dark Web." Mat has been featured on FanSided as well as FanSided.
