When you think rim protector, you think Javale McGee. You do now, anyway, because I just associated the two for you. Let’s strengthen that association. Javale McGee = Rim Protector. Javale protects rims. Do you have a rim? Does it need protection? Help is only a Javale McGee away. For just $1,403,611 a year, you can have your very own McGee brand Hoop Halter in your life (contract not guaranteed).
Sometimes Javale does other things than protect rims, and one of those things is using his voice to talk about rim protection.
KD talked about JaVale McGee coming out of nowhere for a block today. JaVale couldn't remember who he got: "I blocked like six shots today" pic.twitter.com/vEi4CXKiKp

Six is a large number sometimes, and Javale McGee is a large man. There are a few possibilities for who may have been his victim.

Steph Curry is one. He won MVP and blocking him sure would be a good way to introduce yourself to your teammates as someone of worth and someone to fear. Fear is important, and you should scare people. Grrrrr.
Kevin Durant is another candidate. Kevin Durant has won MVP as well, and unlike Steph Curry, is nearly seven feet tall. This means Javale probably would need to jump higher, and you should jump high. Zoooooom.
But I think the most probable choice is professional skateboarding legend Tony Hawk. Tony Hawk is from California, is famous, and has a lot of free time on his hands nowadays. It’s not unreasonable that he would be attempting to make the Warriors’ roster. What else is he going to do?
Congratulations to Javale McGee on blocking Tony Hawk. We hope you make the Warriors, and we wish you the best this coming season.
