1. The Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cavaliers are currently sitting at the number one spot in the east and have every intention of repeating as NBA Champs. But there has been one issue with the team that no one can get over: They need a backup point guard.

While it is not the most important issue about this team, they do need a backup point guard. After losing Matthew Dellavedova in the offseason to the Milwaukee Bucks, the Cavs haven’t found another backup for Kyrie Irving. The current backup, Kay Felder, is a rookie who needs seasoning and LeBron has been shouldering much of the load.

Williams can make an immediate impact on the Cavs. With the talent on the Cavs second rotation. His shooting and experience can be a steady hand helping Cleveland on their push to repeat.

Even though Williams is on the wrong end of time, he can still end his career as an NBA champion.
