NCAA Tournament 2017: What channel is CBS on Time Warner?
Here’s how to locate CBS on Time Warner ahead of the first round of the 2017 NCAA Tournament.
The opening weekend of the 2017 NCAA Tournament is nearly upon us, which means its time for college basketball fans around the country to get their remotes ready.
As always, the first four days of March Madness will feature wall-to-wall action as the field is whittled down from 64 to 16. Turner Sports will once again have coverage spread out across CBS, truTV, TBS and TNT for the first two rounds of the Big Dance, meaning every game will be televised somewhere.

CBS tends to carry marquee games featuring teams with the biggest national following. Fans don’t want to be scrolling through channels while a game is coming down to the wire, so locating CBS is necessary before action tips off on Thursday afternoon.
Fortunately, Time Warner customers won’t have a problem. Time Warner’s website offers a search function, so college basketball fans just need to enter their area code in the upper right corner and type CBS in the box.
CBS will broadcast 24 matchups in total, the most of any of the four channels, with games in every round other than the First Four. After the conclusion of the Sweet 16, Regional Final coverage will be split between TBS and CBS, with the latter showing the two Elite Eight games on Sunday, March 26.
The Final Four on CBS follows on April 1, while the other three channels are expected to show team-specific coverage once again. CBS will also broadcast the National Championship Game on Monday, Apr. 3 from University of Phoenix Stadium.
The schedule of games on CBS for the first two rounds of the 2017 NCAA Tournament will be released prior to tipoff on Thursday afternoon.
