WWE’s Paige and her fiancé, Alberto Del Rio, issued statements via social media regarding the leak of her private photos and sex tape online
It’s never a good thing when a WWE star starts buzzing online and on social media when they haven’t been seen on screen in quite some time. Unfortunately, that was the case with Paige a little more than a week ago. The former NXT Women’s Champion and WWE Divas Champion was the victim of a hack. As a result, explicit images and video of the superstar were leaked online.
At the time of the leak and as the photos began to go viral, Paige initially released a statement confirming the hack and rightfully notifying the public that she was the victim in the situation. Since then, though—and also since explicit images of other former WWE Divas were leaked—both Paige and her fiancé, Alberto El Patron (Alberto Del Rio in WWE), had remained quiet.
On Monday, however, the two broke their silence regarding the hack and leak. It first started with El Patron early on Monday afternoon. In a strongly worded message on Instagram, he both affirmed that he and Paige will be married and the strength of his betrothed:

Following such a strong message from the man she’ll marry on Wednesday, Paige spoke for herself as well. The still-employed WWE star released an emotions statement talking about the hardship induced by the incident. However, she also offered hope in saying that she’s moving on and happy to be getting married:

WWE has made little (if any) mention of the leak, aside from a tongue-in-cheek reference by the New Day on an episode of RAW. As Paige said herself, it’s best if fans all move on from this incident. She’s the victim in this situation and should be afforded the right to move on with her life and get married on Wednesday.
