How long is The Fate of the Furious?
Better allot some time if you’re going to watch The Fate of the Furious — because The Fate of the Furious runtime is pretty long!
The eighth installment of The Fast and The Furious franchise is hitting theaters soon — April 14, to be exact — and one of the biggest questions people have is: what is The Fate of the Furious runtime?
According to iMDB, The Fate of the Furious runtime clocks in at 2 hours and 16 minutes. That will give the cast of characters plenty of time to solve the problems that, presumably, will conclude with a happy ending for all.
Most of the original gang is back, of course: Vin Diesel plays Dominic Toretto, who will be seduced away from his family that includes his wife, Letty ‘Ortiz’ Toretto (Michelle Rodriguez) by a mysterious terrorist named Cipher (Charlize Theron), who can control all of the cars in New York City with the push of a button. (Can’t we all?) Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson will be back again as Hobbs, who — as we’ve seen in the preview — steers a freakin’ torpedo at one point in the story. (Would love to see how this all plays into the plot!)
Other actors that will be returning to reprise their roles include Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges as Tej Parker, and Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pierce. Other cast members include Nathalie Emmanuel (best known for her role in Game of Thrones as Missandei) as Ramsey, Kurt Russell as Mr. Nobody and Elsa Pataky (a/k/a Mrs. Chris Hemsworth) as Elena.
From iMDB:
"“When a mysterious woman seduces Dom into the world of terrorism and a betrayal of those closest to him, the crew face trials that will test them as never before.”"
