The Minnesota Timberwolves’ Karl-Anthony Towns has been working on some secret moves to add to his game.

Karl-Anthony Towns impressed a lot of people in his first season in the NBA. He did a lot of things that a guy at his experience level and his size (7-feet, 245 pounds) normally cannot do. He is mobile, can handle the ball, and can score from almost anywhere on the court. In his second season, his game improved and he continued to impress.

Last season, Towns averaged 25.1 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game. Additionally, he made 54.2 percent of his shots from the field and 36.7 percent of his shots from beyond the arc.

Towns, who will be turning 22 in November, has only played two seasons but is already considered to be one of the best big men in the NBA. But the scary thing about him is that he is still improving and is still working on new skills to add to his game.

Talking to the Star Tribune, Towns said that he has been working on some new moves, but declined to say what they were. He added that it’s a secret and we’ll have to wait until next season to see what new tricks he has in his bag.

Via Star Tribune:

"“I’ve got some things I’ve been looking at and I want to do,” Towns said. “It’s going to be really cool to show it off.”He declined to say specifically what he’s working on.“Always secretive stuff,” he said. “Nobody knew I had the one-legged fadeaway until I pulled it out. I always have something in my toolbox waiting to come out.”"

The Minnesota Timberwolves haven’t had the best seasons this past decade, but things are looking up for them. With a young, talented core of Towns, Andrew Wiggins, and Zach LaVine, the Wolves will be one of the most intimidating teams in the NBA very soon.
